Robert E. Martin MD
Dr. Robert E. Martin graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Medicine in 1988, where he received the academic honor of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed his Orthopedic residency in 1993 from the University of California, San Francisco, where he also did an Orthopedic Traumatology Fellowship in 1994. He was an Associate Clinical Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at UCSF from 1993-1997, during which time he received the Resident Teaching Award three times. He currently has his own private practice in Castro Valley, CA and specializes in General Orthopedics, Orthopedic Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery including reconstructive surgery, and Orthopedic Trauma. Dr. Martin is affiliated with Eden Medical Center, where he is the Chief of Orthopedics.
Suzann Ratinho
Dr. Martin’s Medical Assistant. Suzann has been with Dr. Martin for 15 years. In addition to rooming the patients and taking medical histories she is responsible for surgery authorizations, coordinating all patient care and scheduling all the surgeries for Dr. Martin.
Teresa Yazolino-Badie
Teresa is part of the front office staff. She has been with Dr. Martin for over 5 years. She is responsible for making appointments, checking patients in and out, and keeping the office running smoothly.
ERIC CRAVOTTO
Eric is our X-ray technologist. He has worked with Dr. Martin for 10 years. If you need an x-ray as part of your diagnosis, Eric will take it for you right in the office. Once the x-ray is performed, Dr. Martin will be able to use it during your appointment to help in determining your potential treatment options.
